Anti-Copy Technology
The purpose of anti-copying security paper is to identify original documents, distinguish or prevent duplication by photocopying and scanners.
The classification of anti-copy paper is as follows:
"VOID" or "COPY" anti-copy paper
If the original document was duplicated by copying or scanning, "VOID" or "COPY" will appear on the copied document.
Photochromic Anti-Copy Paper
Photochromism is the reversible change of color through inducing light. The paper is coated with coloring or achromatic chemical and attracted during copying process; the original document becomes completely exposure and fails to duplicate as contrast disappears. The original document returns to original state when it leaves the photocopy machine or scanner.
Fluorescence Anti-Copy Paper
While the paper containing of fluorescent additives or fibers is copied, the wavelength of fluorescent material is emitted and the duplicated document will be turned into black or white color.
Coloration Anti-Copy Paper
The principle is to use a specific dye and pigment to color the base paper so as to achieve an equal absorption rate for text and background of the photosensitive document. The duplicated document is completely exposure and turns into black color as contrast disappears.
Diffusion Anti-Copy Paper
The paper is coated with a very small diameter and large emissive material, such as Titanium Dioxide, aluminium powder and infrared absorption particles, which reduces paper and image contrast through diffuse emission. Document turns into black color after duplication.
Polarized Anti-Copy Paper
A polarized film of optical dichroic dye is covering on the base paper to reduce the contrast of text and paper during copying process. Document turns into black color after duplication.
Photoluminescence Anti-Copy Paper
The original document becomes white exposure during copying process; it returns to original state after leaving the photocopy machine or scanner.
Thermochromic Anti-Copy Paper
The paper is coated with colorless thermochromic material, such as dithizone, phenol reagent, fluorine-achromatic and etc., to remove the contrast of text and paper during copying process. The document returns to original state after leaving the photocopy machine or scanner.
