Security Thread: Security threads are typically made of metal foil but can also be crafted from plastic. Measuring around 2mm in width, they can be partially or fully embedded in the security label.

Partially embedded threads in security labels are commonly silver but can also come in gold, green, blue, red, or even holographic variations. Fully embedded threads typically have a black appearance and may possess a magnetic feature. The mini-text on the thread is often demetallized or black, based on the label's application.

Fiber: Customized fibers in security labels can be fully visible, invisible to the naked eye but visible under UV light, or a combination of both. There are various options for pattern, color, shape, and distribution rate based on specific requirements and use cases.

Intaglio Printing: Intaglio printing is a method that involves directly carving pits corresponding to the original graphics on the surface of a printing plate cylinder. During printing, ink is filled into these pits. The printing plate, bearing the ink, comes into pressure contact with the security paper, and the ink within the pits is transferred to the paper, completing the printing process. This technique is often employed for security labels and documents due to its ability to create intricate and detailed prints.

When printing with invisible UV ink on labels, security paper is a preferred choice. Security paper, which lacks Optical Brightening Agents (OBA), offers superior ink absorption compared to materials like woodfree or mirrorcoat. This ensures optimal visibility of the UV ink's fluorescence under ultraviolet light.
