Multi-Layer Encoded
During the mastering process, two layers of text or images are embedded into the hologram.
Applying the first decoder to the designated area reveals covert text or images. Other hidden elements can only be decoded using a second decoder or by tilting the first decoder at the pre-designed angle.
The KKM hologram highlights a single layer encoded text, revealing "KKM" when a decoder is applied to the label. While it offers simplicity and clarity, the drawback is its susceptibility to forgery.
To address the shortcomings of single-layer encoded text, incorporating two layers of encoding alongside advanced technologies like intricately designed nano-text and an anti-copy QR code authenticated by a mobile phone becomes imperative.
- "SAG" becomes visible after applying the first decoder, and an additional covert image is revealed only upon using the second decoder.
Using double-layer decoders can involve assigning the first layer to executive auditors, while the second layer is reserved for management. If counterfeiters acquire the first-layer decoder, the label becomes susceptible to duplication. Hence, the management's decoding film becomes crucial, serving as a means to distinguish between genuine and counterfeit labels – a concept akin to having two safe keys.
